Point Robotics and Techman Robot Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding to Advance Taiwan’s Independent Development of Medical Robotics
Taiwan-based spinal surgical navigation and robotic systems developer Point Robotics MedTech Inc. recently signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Techman Robot Inc.. The two parties will collaborate on critical module technologies for medical robotics, jointly promoting technology integration and international regulatory certification—marking a new milestone in the application of smart healthcare.
Point Robotics has long specialized in the development of high-precision minimally invasive spinal surgery assistance systems, with regulatory approvals and clinical validations already achieved across multiple countries worldwide. Under this collaboration, Point Robotics will integrate Techman Robot’s highly flexible and stable robotic arm module as one of the key components for its next-generation surgical robotic platform.
